When it is all over and done with, no matter who wins the nomination, WILL YOU VOTE FOR THE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE?

Why is there currently a big sidebar add to sign up for the Ann Coulter News letter?
I find it kind of scary!
Who is here that would POSSIBLY want to sign up?!

I committed to Obama weeks ago after his speech about Rev. Wright. Announced it right here in this forum. So I'm on YOUR SIDE. But if I so much as suggest the "bitter" thing was ill stated or ask any questions at all about him as a candidate I am dressed down by most folks here.
I'll tell you who is bitter and it's you people! You are so ANGRY that you will not allow any discussion that you can in anyway try to cast as somehow negative to Obama. Even if it is not meant in that vein. But I have gotten to the point where I so dislike many of the posters that I avoid even looking at the site for weeks at a time.
Because of the animosity I feel coming in waves off of so many Obama supporters I have already decided that, although I will vote for the him I will not work on the campaign.
The Democratic party is going to need everyone it has to win this fall because the primary season has been so divisive. Maybe you should all consider this before being so mean .

Look, Obama has all but sewn this thing up, am I right?
So why don't we try to be a little more tolerant of the ones who have not yet joined the team.
I myself only committed last week after his speech!
I see on here all the time that the math doesn't add up and Hillary can't possibly win.
I'm with you!
All the more reason to start playing a little nicer to soften the blow so they can be eased into camp Obama when things are official!
Play nice. Be the better person.
The more ticked off people are the more likely we are to blow this thing entirely!

But Obama's speech won me over!
He handled himself perfectly and completely to my satisfaction! You'd have to be just WANTING to find fault not to agree.
That, along with his response to the bail out, has tipped the balance for me!
Now , that doesn't mean I won't be offended if I feel unfair insults are be hurled around by some of his faithful, but as of now, get me a bumper sticker! I'm for Barack!

I have never seen the Democratic Party so angry and divided!
I predicted that eliminating Edwards and running Hillary and Obama alone against each other would cause a split in the Party that could prove to be fatal but I really had no idea of the scope that would be involved!
This has caused hatred and division between groups and individuals that were compatriots for generations! People who defended Ted Kennedy through thick and thin hate him! People who pointed with pride to the accomplishments of women made in Democratic politics talk about angry white females! And revile arguably the top two Democratic women in politics! Blacks are angry about racism, many women are angry about sexism. ( I read something on DU about Hillary needing to "hitch up her skirts"among other remarks less civil.)
What can we do?
Will the divisions be healed before November or is it too late?
Will the Party need to be rebuilt?
It's happened before!
Republicans used to Trusts busters and Democrats were the pro-slavery Party!
At this point , I don't really care WHO the nominee is! Just get it done and be good to each other!
I don't hold out a lot of hope.
But I'm serious about the prayer. And remember to do unto others , and turn the other cheek and judge not yet ye be judged and love your neighbor as you love yourself.
You know what I mean.

Reading some of the stuff on here today (especially suggestions that Hillary is somehow culpable in the Spitzer problems!) has actually left me feeling sick to my stomach!
Maybe  I'll come back in a few days , maybe after the nomination has been settled but , like I've said before, I am an undecided Democratic Voter who is currently so disgusted by some of my fellow Democrats  I feel like I have morning sickness! And it's late afternoon!

That after all this trash talk and meaness that the other Democrats are going to just forgive and forget and fall in line?
I, for one doubt it.
I see the women where I work( that would be the Human Services Office)  getting more and more angry with the attacks on ALL the other candidates during this primary cycle by Obama supporters.
Back when I was working for Edwards , I couldn't get on a Democratic web site without being insulted and shouted down if I didn't support Obama.
I don't see this as unifying the Party. Back when Obama said " I can get her(Clinton's) voters but she can't get mine!"  WHAT!? This is the guy who "unifies " our party?! I don't see it!
In fact I see it as splitting it down the middle. I said back in January that the contest between Hillary and Obama would very possibly mean the end of the Democratic party. (Yet another reason I supported Edwards!) And it seems to me the prediction is coming to pass!

I was in to pick up a book and the clerk, a twenty-something, came running up to the counter.
"Sorry ," she said "but they were talking politics and I had to weigh in. You know, I come from a Democratic family, but this year, I just don't know..."

My sentiments exactly!
